Post-Operative Care and Recovery

Each procedure and patient are individually treated and tailored to achieve the best possible outcome. Even though the providers at Nashville Periodontal Group have completed these procedures hundreds of times, each patient must follow post-operative instructions to increase the success rates of their treatments. Every patient heals differently, and we strongly encourage you to read the applicable post-operative instructions BEFORE their procedure. If you have any questions, we encourage you to call our office so we may address your concerns. We will review specific instructions with each patient, and we will also give you printed instructions to follow after your procedure. However, we also understand that we are all human, and sometimes we forget certain items. As such, we also want you to be able to easily access this information if you forget the verbal instructions or lose the written instructions.
